Let the natural light in
Along with the large upper window and two patio doors on the almost-16-foot-tall wall, each corner suite at Q has a second set of windows in the living area – taking advantage of being at the end of the building.
Each of the two bedrooms has a beautiful 4-foot square window; and you’ll find another window as well as a skylight in the loft bathroom and bonus area. Plus, all blinds are included at Q. A great space for those who love light.
Room to move
For those concerned about having enough space, the corner suite gives you 1,240 square feet to play with. Your living room is longer and larger than the standard suites at Q Lofts; your foyer is generous in size with ample room for an entry table or bench as well as a coat rack (or whatever suits your fancy); and the loft bedroom area is a roomy 400 square feet.
Privacy in an open space
For those couples who might want some alone time on occasion, having both bedrooms at the back of the suite – away from the main living area – gives a bit more privacy when needed.
Oh the views!
If you like looking at the bridge and harbour (fireworks too!) or if you’d rather look inland over the tops of trees, the top floor corner suites give you the opportunity to do so. While the top floor at Q is officially the third floor, it sits at the same level as floors 5 and 6 in a regular building. Plus, this condo is situated on a plateau – giving great views no matter which suite you’re in.
Can’t beat those condo fees…
Corner suites have three sides of the suite exposed to the exterior. However, unlike a typical condo, the heat loss and gain at Q Lofts is minimal due to the way in which the building was constructed. So, what does than mean? Condo fees of $294/month…that’s only 24 cents per square foot.
