Introducing the Q Lofts model suite
Last month we were excited to be able to show our first finished suite to eager owners who had already purchased one of our condos off plan, and several others who were contemplating buying one of our lofts. In the weeks leading up to the showing, we worked hard to get everything ‘just so’ to show off all of the beautiful finishes throughout the condo, and give people a good idea of what their own loft would look and feel like once finished. Over the course of the afternoon, dozens of lovely people showed up to view the loft, and we were very pleased with the reaction.
The number one comment we received from those who visited was that they were surprised at how bright and spacious the loft was. Although all of the owners had walked through previously while Q Lofts was in earlier construction stages, it was hard to visualize how much space they’d actually have until the walls went up. One of our purchasers, Augie, told us that it was far more spacious than he thought it would be. “It doesn’t feel cramped at all, which was one of my worries,” he said, “It feels like a house with the second floor, and the space is just so bright and airy.”
We were very proud as visitors commented on how much they loved the layout and clever storage solutions that our designers had come up with. They looked in every closet and cupboard, admiring the built-in knife rack and wine rack in the kitchen, and the way the ironing board neatly disappeared into the custom-made storage solution in the laundry area. We already knew the condo was going to look amazing, but we were very much aware that our buyers had taken a leap of faith by buying off plan, and were so very happy to see how thrilled they were with the finished product.
As our purchasers discussed their excitement at the various green initiatives we’d embraced at Q Lofts, and how much they were looking forward to using the shared spaces in the penthouse, we could see how this building was going to become more than just a set of condos, that it would form its own community within the wonderful surrounds of Halifax’s North End. We overheard some buyers talking about their favourite local coffee shop with each other, and others discussing the amazing fish tacos at Lion and Bright. We had so much fun at the open house, and thoroughly enjoyed seeing how excited everyone was to be moving into a project that we care so much about.
